Return & Refund Policy

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be used no more than 10% (by weight) and in the same general condition that you received it, normal wear-and-tear from usage excepted.

 Your item should (but not MUST) be in the original packaging.  If you have tossed the original packaging, please tell us and we will accept the return anyway.  Please provide us with your best email address, and/or phone number, so we can reach out to you if needed.

 Your returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  A print-out of your original purchase response or email (enclosed with the item’s return shipment) is fine.


 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved (which is likely) we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or via your original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
